Covington Animal Hospital

Covington is situated in a great location, which is a major reason why we continue to grow and attract new residents. While we are just a short drive from everything the Puget Sound has to offer, from the water to the mountains, we also make a good home base for folks who commute to the area’s larger cities for work. When staying local, residents enjoy the ability to get everything they need right in Covington, from retail and grocery shopping to medical and hospital services.

There is no shortage of events and activities in Covington. When we can gather in groups, the city shows its pride with special events throughout the year. They have recreation classes and activities, athletics opportunities focusing on offering a mix of youth sports leagues and an aquatics center offering an array of classes and certifications.  Be sure to check out all of these things to do on our website at

The City has six volunteer commissions filled with community-minded individuals who provide leadership through areas including economic development, youth, arts, parks and recreation, human services, and planning. Our regular city council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. Residents can attend and make public comment, meet council members, or just to learn more about what’s going on in the city.
