What makes your experience at the Iron Grill unique?
Let us explain:
Your food is grilled separately from others, so a vegetarian can eat from the same menu, and any size appetite can be accommodated.
The Iron Grill Mongolian BBQ in Covington boasts some features that you might appreciate:
You can expect family-friendly service, so do bring the kids! No MSG is used in preparing any items. The meat is not grilled from a frozen state. The sauces are homemade (yes, you can taste the difference). The staff works hard to offer you a clean establishment. There is plenty of room for large groups and special occasions.

PIONEERING Specialty Coffee IN THE PUGET SOUND

More than 25 years ago, it began with a simple goal: to make great coffee and build great friendships. Since then, a lot has changed, but we’ve held fast to that mission that first opened our doors.

BREWING SINCE 1991

In 1991, Java! Java! Coffee Company opened up shop as a single espresso push-cart outside of a grocery store in our hometown of Maple Valley, Washington. Here, we mastered our trade and cultivated meaningful customer relationships; after all, we knew it would take more than great coffee to succeed. But when the grocery store closed, we lost our location. We quickly recognized that what appeared to be a bump in the road was our opportunity to grow; we knew our coffee was worth sharing.

GROWING OUR BUSINESS

Over the next 10 years, we worked to grow our business. We opened four drive-thru locations, one café, and a small-batch roastery. We doubled our number of blends, expanded our wholesale services, and committed ourselves to intention, integrity and innovation. We immersed ourselves in the specialty coffee industry, learning everything we could so that we could share it with others.

FAMILY Owned AND OPERATED

Java! Java! is a family-owned business and we celebrate the importance of community. What started in the town we call home has since expanded far outside the city limits, but we continue to embrace the smallness of our company and the values it was founded on. Our customers know this by the essence of our relationships and the perfection found in every cup, each a testament to our care and commitment.

Biography

I am a full-time, full-service Realtor for John L. Scott in Kent, Washington. Serving primarily South King County, my goal is to provide my clients with first class service and to make the home buying (or selling) process as simple as possible.

With 25 years of industry experience, I’ve worked for HomeStreet Bank (AKA:Continental Mortgage) as a Mortgage Loan Processor; a property management agency; pest control/inspection company and I’m co-owner of Reeder Brothers Construction, my husband’s remodeling business. My parents have owned advertising and marketing companies since I was a child; I learned a lot about marketing from watching them and working for them as their Office Manager.

Additionally, I assisted an attorney on a case that lasted 10 years. These experiences make me uniquely qualified to be a successful real estate agent. I know about houses, loans, how to market a product and how to successfully negotiate & manage complicated transactions to closing.

Though born & raised in Seattle (I’ve lived in 7 different Seattle neighborhoods), I have lived in the South Puget Sound area (specifically Kent) for 15 years. Having been voted “Best of Kent Realtor” 3 years in a row, I know the people and places of Kent! I am honored to have received John L. Scott’s Premier “Presidents Elite” Award for 2009 — a very difficult year in the real estate market, but well worth the hard work to have assisted 24 families in their real estate & housing goals. And to finish out 2010 on a positive note, I am proud to have been named Five Star Real Estate Agent in the December 2010 issue of Seattle Magazine, and I’m honored to learn I’ve been nominated for this award again for 2011!
